Our Process
Our approach is thoughtfully tailored to each couple—creating photos that feel vibrant and effortless. As we photograph your celebrations, we want you to be present and experience each moment as you normally would: we like to seek a balance between guiding you through your photos and floating through the background while you enjoy all that comes your way.
Your photos are soon-to-be heirlooms, meant to be cherished and shared with loved ones for decades to come: we’re there to help you remember it all.
Once we learn more about your wedding, we’ll create a custom proposal outlining our offerings and pricing.
We’ll set up a video or phone call to get to know you: we want to talk through the details, hear what you’re most excited about and see where you’re at as you plan.
We’ll sign the contract and collect a retainer to reserve your date.
We’ll check in from time to time and make sure we’ve got all of our bases covered.
1-2 months ahead of the festivities, we’ll have our final call to run through the day of timeline. Alternatively, we’ll meet for a venue walkthrough if this was booked in advance.
At the start of your wedding weekend or the day of, we’ll talk through any last-minute details and review the timeline if needed. Otherwise, we’re here for you and ready to celebrate.
Within four days of the wedding, we’ll send you a few sneak peeks so you can share them with friends and family.
Your full gallery is set to be delivered within 8 weeks.
You’re able to order heirloom albums and prints with us whenever you’d like.
